Visitor Wireless Network Self-Registration

All electronic devices connecting to the Fermilab Visitors wireless network must go through a self-registration process. You do not have to go through the self-registration process if you have previously registered on the Eduroam wireless network at your home institution. You can connect and log in to the Fermilab's Eduroam wireless network using your home institution credentials.

Steps to self-register:
  1.  Associate your device with the SSID "guest" (The SSID will be "guest-test" during a pilot testing period )
  2. You should then be redirected to the self-registration portal and required to complete the self-registration form. If the registration form does not pop-up automatically, start a browser manually. All required fields on the form are marked by asterisks (*).  You must provide a valid e-mail address that will be used to send you the receipt and the link to confirm your registration.  You must accept the Terms of Use as well.
  3.  After submitting the form, click the "Log-In" button to connect to the Visitors network. At this point you will be granted temporary access for 8 hours.  Please check your e-mail with the subject "CONFIRMATION REQUIRED" and confirm your registration.  Once your registration is confirmed you will be granted access for 1 week.

In a separate e-mail you should also receive information about your account with  credentials.  You can use those credentials on another device to connect to the Visitors Wi-Fi network without going through the self-registration process again.
Please see the screenshots below to become more familiar with the self-registration process.
